  • How can I get in touch with you?
    • Hey, sparkle face! If you need to reach me here at In My Little Space, please use the contact form page located here! <<< Click that. I do my best to answer emails within 24 hours unless it’s specified elsewhere that we can’t. (Vacation, shut down etc)
  • Do you have ready to ship items only, or can I get custom items??
    • Anything in the ready to ship categories are ready to ship and I ship within 72 hours. I do accept custom orders absolutely, and you can use the contact page to send a message about getting one done for you! Custom orders get a product slot on the store. Note: If you want both an RTS and custom item, once you pay for them, I’ll pull the RTS from my stock. You’ll have the option to pay shipping once or twice for the item to be sent out sooner or with the custom item!
  • Do you gift wrap items?
    • All items come wrapped in tissue paper already so you will have something to open after you open your box!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • At this moment, no. I am working on finding the best shipping deals for both domestic and international and until I can find something affordable for international, I won’t be shipping. If I was to use the current business I ship with, internationally to the UK would be 35.25 for Canada is 25.95, so I’d like to try better options. If you’re okay paying for this, by all means, send me an email and we can create an order for you.


  • How can I pay for my stuff?
    • I accept Paypal!
  • What currency do you currently accept?
    • USD – United States Dollar. However, Paypal will automatically exchange the currency. 
  • Do you offer payment plans for your custom items? 
    • I do! If you have an order and you can’t pay it right now? No worries. Please send me a message through the contact page so we can figure out a plan that’s right for you! The maximum length for payment plan that I will accept is 6 months. We will work together to create a plan that works right for you. Once your item is paid in full, then I can order the materials and get started!


  • Are your packages discreet?
    • Originally, I wanted to do some kind of fun bubble mailer, but I know how important it is to have discretion when it comes to our lifestyles. Because of that, I will use a mailer box provided by the USPS so it just looks like regular mail. In My Little Space is aware that people love their privacy and you might not want In My Little Space mentioned on the label, so it will be shipping from my real name – Alexis. 
  • Can I change the shipping address?
    • Orders are shipped once a week on Friday. If you’ve caught yourself having made a mistake right after ordering don’t panic! You can just send me an email with your subject as Order # Correcting shipping address and I can just fix it for you! However, once the package is sent out I can only reach out to the post office to see if we can intercept. Please read the below question of, “What if I put the wrong delivery address?”
  • I didn’t get tracking!!!
    • I always provide tracking through email for your order when I have created the label. If you do not get an email from me you can absolutely fill out the contact form but I do provide them!
  • What if my order is lost in the mail?
    • Packages are insured for the price of the items purchased. If your delivery day passes by seven, please reach out to me so I can open a claim with the USPS. We will get you taken care of no worries. The protocol must be followed with the USPS rules as I am not responsible for lost packages. 
  • Can I combine another order if I forgot something?
    • If you made an order and realized you wanted to buy something additional, if it is within 48 hours please send me an email so I can give you a code to help adjust shipping. If I need to get a larger box for your items then we can tackle that later. But I can absolutely help you~
  • What if I put in the wrong delivery address?
    • In My Little Space does not take responsibility for anyone putting their delivery address incorrectly. However, we will do what we can to help you fix it! If you put in the wrong delivery address, then we’ll try to catch the post office before they delivery if we can. The post office does allow our packages to be intercepted, and there is a fee which you will be invoiced for. The fee is dependant upon the USPS. Please know that if they determine the fee greater, the person receiving the package will be charged. You can read their policy here.
  • I live outside the US and customs can be a pain. What happens if they deny me my package and send it back? 
    • I know this can be really frustrating as you want your stuff. In My Little Space is not responsible for your dealing with customs. On our end, we do everything we can in order to make sure we comply with the regulations of where we are shipping your items. If you are unable to work with customs and they ship it back to me, you will be responsible for paying to ship again. If your country has regulations about packages and you want to make sure that I have everything, please, by all means, tell me and lets work together so your package comes the first time!
