Previously in a blog post, I wrote about how I believe that the longer you stay away from your little space, the harder it is to come back to and get into. And yeah, I think that is the case for a lot of people. When you have your Little Space, a headspace you used to come to a lot, and then you stop going there and feeding that side of yourself, it withers. I think that’s the case for a lot of people who especially used to be in DDLG relationships and then it ends, and now you’re stuck in this state of – what now? How do you return to a happy space when you yourself are not so happy? And even more than that, what about people who have been trying to get into this headspace alone?
Today I’m going to talk about six ways to get yourself into Little Space on your own! These are my own tips and tricks for putting myself into Little Space, even for just a second, so I really hope that one of these works for you!
